Writing

Writing is a weird one for me. I love writing, I love reading, I love stories! I have written about 3 short stories, 20 poems and about 1000 little snippets, just bits and bobs, charaterisations, little scenes. Trouble is, it never accumulates to anything. I don't feel like I have a story to tell. I even tried my hand at fanfiction but can never get past the first few chapters. But I want to write! I am thirty and have lived a little but still ... . Anyway, let me know if you have any ideas on how to get over myself!
